Strata Intel is a performance intelligence platform designed to help organizations measure, understand, and optimize the hidden variable driving every outcome—stress.

The Founder

Strata Intel was founded by Dr. Jon Ashton, a clinical psychologist whose work has focused on understanding how stress affects people—and how that impact shows up in teams.

Since 1995, Dr. Ashton has gathered data from thousands of hours of clinical work, identifying patterns in human behavior that often go unnoticed in traditional workplace tools.

The Partnership

When Dr. Ashton shared this idea with longtime friend and former Pennant Group CEO Daniel Walker, the two recognized a powerful connection between clinical insight and executive leadership.

Together, they launched Strata Intel to bring this vision to life—giving leaders a simple, effective way to understand the internal dynamics of their teams and act before problems escalate.
